M1 Fanless Mini Atom ServerThe M1 is a rugged Industrial Server with with no moving parts that is able to handle tough environments. It uses just 13 Watts and operates on any DC voltage from 6V to 35V.Four Gigabit LAN Ports - Ideal for use in Datalogging, Firewall or VoIP applications. Each supports PXE Boot and WoL. 10.5 Watts Idle Power Consumption - Our most efficienct computer. Low power consumption ensures the M1 can operate longer from a DC battery. Sealed Chassis - the IP54 Rated Aluminium chassis is completely sealed and ideal for areas where dust and debris are an issue. Its custom thermal desgin enables the M1 to operate in temperatures of up to 45 C. |

Exceptionally Low Power ConsumptionWe’ve reduced idle power consumption on the M1 to just 10.5 Watts on DC (12 Watts on AC) and peak power consumption of just 17 Watts by using the Intel ICH8M embedded chipset and SSD technology. That energy efficiency reduces your energy costs and in remote areas means you need less solar panels and batteries to run the M1 server. Runs off 12V or 24V Battery Directly
The M1 can operate at 100% CPU Load for 70 hours off a standard 110 Ah 12V battery such as this 23kg Exide Gel model. A 12V battery fully charged runs at 14.4V so 12V computers (like our T1 and T2) require a regulator to fix the voltage at 12V. The M1 is equipped with a wide input DC power supply that can take any voltage from 6V to 36V allowing you to connect it to directly to a 12V or 24V battery (using alligator clips for instance). We've even prepared it with a DC Power Block so you can screw in the DC connectors, forming a much tigheter seal than a normal DC car connection. Four Gigabit Lan Ports We've just updated the M1 in September 2011 to have 4 Gbps LAN ports, ideal for VoIP Applications or as Proxy Server. Each LAN port supports Wake on Lan and PXE Boot. High Performance, Small Size The M1 Fanless Server is small enough it can be mounted nearly anywhere (and sealed in a Comms cabinet) but boasts an Intel Dual Core processor, 4GB of RAM, and 40GB of all-flash Intel storage, which greatly increases responsiveness. No Moving PartsThe best way to avoid failure in tough conditions is to engineer out any moving parts. The M1’s unique chassis works as a heatsink so there’s no need for a fan and there is a range of SSDs. Extended Operating Temperature The M1 has an operating temperature range of -20 C to +45 C and works at up to 95% Humidity, making it ideal for use just about anywhere. Example Applications

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
